I like the concept, but there's a few issues I have with it. Theres been a weird bug lately that I have to log in EVERY TIME I open the app.... just let me stay logged in!! Also, discount codes don't extend to single state subscription options, so keep that in mind! All of that said, I'm keeping the app cuz it's great for exploring!

It does what is described and expected on a basic level. I'm using the free version right now which may be why I have some challenges. State parks and wildlife areas are not named. My biggest challenge is when I'm zoomed into an area and tap onto the river the screen zooms out to the entire watershed so I have to zoom back in again. The upgrade cost seems reasonable for the features offered. The Play Store description indicates there are in app purchases for the upgrade but I don't see it.

This app on Android devices is way different from Apple devices. There's a handful of options that Android doesn't have. Streams, Species, 3d map, doesn't tilt when zooming in. The the stream gage option is glitchy. I linked through OnX and also subscribed to the Pro option. UNSUBSCRIBED!!!!

Thanks for the candid feedback. You're right that some TroutRoutes features currently differ between Android and iOS, and we understand the frustration. We're actively working to improve the Android experience and feature availability. If you have any questions, please reach out to [email protected].
